ISW Legal's founder, Stewart Whyte, was previously a Corporate Partner in a large commercial law firm based in Glasgow and combines corporate experience with a commercial awareness and personal approach to the provision of legal services.

We have a low cost base and our approach is not dictated by billing or time recording targets. We adopt a flexible billing structure and in many circumstances will be happy to agree a fixed or capped rate or other billing arrangement with you in order to provide certainty for your business.
